Who we are

Transparent about who you are working with.

We are not a large consultancy, and we don’t present ourselves as one. Luxury Fashion Brands is how eplatforms offers its ecommerce, integration and automation work to fashion brands selling internationally. The people you speak to are the people who plan, build and support the work.

eplatforms has built and run software for its clients for more than twenty-five years, and most of its client relationships have lasted over a decade. Its work includes an international luxury footwear platform trading in English, Arabic and Chinese with local currencies and regional payment methods, multichannel retail platforms connected to marketplaces and shipping systems, and its own product, Order Exceptions, which monitors ecommerce stores for failed refunds and payments.

  • 2000The year eplatforms started building and supporting software for its clients.
  • 200+Client systems eplatforms still runs and supports today.
  • 10+ yrsThe average length of an eplatforms client relationship.

What we do, and what we don’t

Clear about where our expertise ends.

We do

  • Ecommerce platformsBuilds, extensions, migrations and support.
  • International configurationMarkets, currencies, pricing, payments, delivery and returns.
  • IntegrationsERP, warehouse, PIM, finance, carriers and marketplaces.
  • AutomationThe manual work around orders, stock and returns.
  • Ongoing technical supportMonitoring and continuous improvement.

We don’t

We are not experts in fashion buying, PR, wholesale representation, brand strategy, import law, tax or legal matters. Where those questions arise – and in international expansion they always do – we work alongside your buyers, agencies, customs brokers, accountants and lawyers, and build what the business decides.

Saying so plainly is part of being useful. It means the technical work is built on sound decisions made by the right people.

How we work

Review, implementation, then ongoing support.

  1. Review

An honest look at your current setup and the markets you are considering, with a prioritised roadmap.

  2. Implementation

Launches, builds, integrations and automation delivered in stages, tested with real orders before customers see them.

  3. Ongoing support

The same team supports and improves the setup for as long as it is useful to you.
