Entering the UK

Bring your fashion brand to the UK.

British customers buy luxury fashion online with high expectations of delivery, payment and returns. We set up the ecommerce and systems that let an international brand trade here properly from the first order.

Selling here

The UK is close to other markets, and different in the details.

Since the UK left the European Union, goods coming into Britain cross a customs border, VAT is handled under UK rules and many European setups no longer apply as they are. Customers here expect prices in pounds with nothing more to pay on delivery, quick and trackable delivery, familiar payment methods and straightforward returns.

None of that is exotic. It simply has to be decided and configured before launch, not discovered from customer complaints afterwards.

What we set up

What a UK launch needs.

  • GBP pricing

Sterling price lists set deliberately for the UK market, with rounding rules and sale pricing your team controls.

  • UK payments

The cards, wallets and pay-later options British customers use, with fraud screening configured for UK orders.

  • VAT

Prices, checkout, invoices and receipts configured for the VAT approach your UK tax adviser confirms.

  • UK fulfilment

Stock held in a UK warehouse or shipped in from abroad – integrated either way, with customs data where it is needed.

  • Delivery and returns

UK carriers and service levels, accurate delivery promises, a UK returns address and refunds without delays.

  • UK customer expectations

Sizing guidance, delivery costs shown early, clear policies and customer service that answers in UK hours.

  • Local analytics

Reporting by market, with cookie consent and tracking set up to UK privacy requirements agreed with your advisers.

  • Regional configuration

A UK market on your existing store, or a dedicated UK store – whichever fits your catalogue and structure.

  • UK integrations

UK warehouses, carriers, marketplaces and finance systems connected to the platform and systems you already run.

Before launch

Decide, build, then test.

  1. Decide

With your advisers: who imports, how VAT and duties are handled, where UK stock sits and what your UK returns policy is.

  2. Build

Configure the UK market or store, pricing, payments, carriers and integrations to match those decisions.

  3. Test

Real orders end to end: payment, invoice, warehouse, delivery, return and refund, before any customer sees the store.

Working with your advisers

We build what your advisers recommend.

Import, VAT and customs arrangements are decisions for your tax, customs and legal advisers. We don’t replace them. We make sure the questions reach them early, and that the storefront, checkout, invoices, warehouse data and reporting are built to match their answers.

If you are starting from scratch, we can begin with an international ecommerce review of your current setup against what a UK launch requires.

Launch. Expand. Connect.
